By-Laws Committee
Ongoing review of this organizations' by-laws is essential to ensuring a vibrant, growing, organism. Protecting and guiding the membership while informing and ministering to the community at large begins in defining our intentions and mandate as handed down by God and our founders. As we strive to be above reproach we realize that order must be maintained to facilitate the ministry and outreach of this organization. To that end, a redefining of terms and practices is necessary to remain current with both what God is doing in the earth and how we wish to be governed.
This process is provided thru the By-laws Committee. The members of this committee must understand the important role that scriptural and legal principles play in the process of achieving what is both acceptable to God and man. Our by-laws, in fact, are the rules we are governed by. They are also the standard by which we are accountable. We are not a perfect people and therefore any organization of man is not perfect. This, of course, is why it is so important to constantly scrutinize and fine tune the instrument that guides our course. We are however, a people that love God and desire to please Him. It is really a matter of the heart and our intentions, after all, that will determine the decisions we make.
